JILL SILVERMAN

Jill traded in several years of experience as a Bay Area sales rep for Levi Strauss and began her retail leasing career following her 1985 move from San Francisco to South Florida.

Since then, Jill has worked extensively in the Palm Beach and Broward retail markets for Cushman & Wakefield, Crocker & Company, Lincoln Property Company and the Michael Swerdlow Companies. Her retail project responsibilities have been as diverse as Boca Center, The Fountains, The Harbour Shops and downtown Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas Riverfront. Jill also has experience working on the Brickell Station project, Miami, for Summa Properties.

As a Retail Estate leasing specialist, Jill works on several of the company's high profile retail projects. She is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics and is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson.
